I know that daycare picture day can be exciting for some children and a little overwhelming for others. That's why my goal is to make the experience fun, relaxed, and stress-free while capturing genuine smiles and authentic expressions you'll treasure for years to come.
Meet Your Daycare Photographer:
Hi! I'm Ms. Halli, a children's photographer, mom of four young children, and someone who works with kids regularly through sports, schools, and daycare photography. Because I spend so much time around children, I understand that every child has a unique personality and comfort level in front of the camera.
Some children walk right up and smile, while others need a little extra encouragement. That's where the fun begins!
I come prepared with plenty of tricks to help children feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. From silly faces and funny noises to bubbles, music, games, and jokes, I'll do whatever it takes to capture natural smiles and genuine expressions. My goal is never a forced smile. I want to capture your child being themselves.
What Happens on Picture Day?
On picture day, children will have their individual portraits taken and participate in a class photo with their classmates.
Teachers and daycare staff help keep the process organized and comfortable for the children. Most students are photographed quickly, allowing them to get back to their normal daily routine.
There is no need to send money or place an order before picture day. Simply send your child ready for photos, and we'll take care of the rest.
How to Prepare Your Child for Picture Day:
A little preparation can help your child feel excited and confident on picture day.
Here are a few simple tips:
Talk positively about picture day.
Practice smiling together in a mirror.
Play a game where everyone says "cheese" and makes silly faces.
Read books or look at family photos and talk about smiling for pictures.
Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep.
Choose comfortable clothing that makes your child feel confident.
Avoid putting pressure on your child to smile perfectly. Natural expressions often make the best photographs.
The most important thing is helping your child see picture day as a fun experience.
When Will We Receive Our Photos?
Within one week of picture day, parents will receive an email containing a link to their child's private and secure online photo gallery.
Your gallery will include all of your child's images, allowing you to view every photo before making any purchasing decisions.
There is no obligation to purchase photos. Families can browse the gallery and decide whether they would like to order prints, digital images, or photo packages.
Daycare Photo Packages and Ordering:
Ordering is simple and completed entirely online.
Photo packages start at $25, and families can choose the option that works best for them:
Ship orders directly to your home
Pick up orders at the daycare
Parents only purchase the images they love, and all ordering takes place after they have had the opportunity to view their child's gallery.
